To become a supplier,the following conditions must be met:

1.Possess legal business qualifications:Suppliers need to possess legal business qualifications,including business licenses,tax registration certificates,and other relevant certificates,and be able to provide legal value-added tax special invoices.

2.Having stable supply capability:Suppliers need to have stable supply capability and be able to provide products or services according to the time,quantity,and quality requirements stipulated in the contract.

3.Possess corresponding technical capabilities:Suppliers need to have certain technical capabilities,be able to provide products or services that meet the requirements,and be able to provide necessary technical support and after-sales service.

4.Have a good reputation and word-of-mouth:Suppliers need to have a good reputation and word-of-mouth,without any negative business records or evaluations.

5.Having sufficient financial strength:Suppliers need to have sufficient financial strength to bear the payment responsibility for the goods as stipulated in the procurement contract.

6.Comply with the provisions of the procurement contract:Suppliers need to comply with the provisions of the procurement contract,fulfill their contractual obligations on time,and ensure that product and service quality meet the agreed requirements.

7.Provide reasonable prices:Suppliers need to provide reasonable prices to ensure that the prices are reasonable,fair,and just,and not higher than the prices of similar products in the market.

8.Compliance with relevant laws and regulations:Suppliers are required to comply with relevant laws and regulations,such as the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China,the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China,etc.
